In response to popular request, the 2010 parade is being held on SATURDAY, JULY 3rd, NOT JULY 4th, in downtown Boise. Please note that this is a significant change in time from the traditional evening parade. There is still time for individuals and organizations planning an entry in the parade to register. We are also offering an opportunity for parade participants to apply for a “Top-30” prime position. These first 30 positions will be filled on a “first come, first served” basis. Once they fill, additional applications will be added to a waiting list in case of cancellations. General Parade entry applications are being accepted through June 26, 2010. Applications received after June 26 may be subject to an additional late entry fee. For an application and parade rules, please go to www.libertydayparade.com, email boiseparade@gmail.com, or call the parade offices at 377-2364 or 890-0086. This year’s theme is: “Proclaim Liberty”.
